Who Killed Libia Episode 96--97 Update on Sunday 30th December 2018 
Rosa asks Maggi to explain her statement and she tells them that she’s only repeating what Ofelia said because she once told her that she doesn’t believe Eva is her mother. Rosa then expresses to Maggi that Eva will forever remain as her mother because she has fought well to win her love and she cares so much that she’s like no other. Maggi then asks Rosa what she’ll do if someone else comes to claim that she’s her mother and Rosa relies that it hasn’t even come across her mind.
John advices Peter to try and forgive his father and accept him because blood is thicker than water and also, he should be glad that his father happens to be alive. He continued by saying that he would have done anything in this world to have his father back but it’s rather unfortunate, death is inevitable so he must grab the opportunity to reconcile with him since he has life and let bygones be bygones.
Jemima thinks about Oscar as she lies in bed and to her surprise, Oscar sneaks into her bedroom and asks her to pardon him because he misses her so much. Jemima also tells him she still loves and can never forget all the happy moment they shared together but, he can’t be forgiven for his betrayal and she orders him out of her room.
On the other hand, Sarah also sits in her room and tells herself how much she misses Franco and to her surprise, he enters her room but she pretends as if she loves him no more and throws him out.
Also, Sofia dreams about John and surprisingly, she hears John calling out her name from their compound but she refuses to speak to him and asks him to go back because there’s nothing left for them to discuss and leaves him outside to be beaten by the rain.
Peter picks his Father from his office and sends him to Father Teddy so that he can make his confessions and surrender himself to God. Upon their arrival, Mr. Alex tells Father that he has come to confess his sins and Peter gets delighted to hear him say that.
Armando still goes on to plead with Rosa to team up with him and fight against Fernando because he no longer trusts him and he may be up to something bad, but Rosa tells him she doesn’t want to do anything that will later on affect his son Luis because Fernando is smarter than they think. He then assures her not to be afraid because he’ll protect her and nothing will turn up against them if she should agree to what he’s saying
Fernando asks Sofia to give him another chance to prove his love to her because deep down, she’s the only woman he loves and Sofia says to him that he’s not even ashamed to ask for a second chance whiles he’s sleeping with her own mother under the same roof and furiously, she slaps and tells him to leave her sight. Gabriela gets to see Sofia as she sounds Fernando and questions her as to why she did that.
John and his brothers, together with their uncle Vincent try figuring out where exactly their father left his will and it crosses John’s mind to go and search under a tree his late father used to take them for fresh air. He then tells his brothers and uncle to join him to carry a search under that particular tree and see if they can find something and low and behold, they find a box containing the will after digging into the ground.
SUNDAY'S UPDATE
Sofia explains to Gabriela that the reason why she slapped Fernando was because he’s still coming after her and that should even tell her that Fernando doesn’t love her one bit and needs to be careful but Gabriela states to her that, she’s just talking out of jealousy and wishes to have Fernando back but that won’t happen. As they continue argue, Luis approaches and Gabriela asks what the hell that brat is doing in her house and Sofia tells him to ask Fernando because he was the one who brought him in and she looked surprised.
Fernando then takes Gabriela to the study and makes her to understand that Sofia is only trying to spoil his reputation but he just wants to get closer to her and win her trust since Bernardo left all his properties in his care. Again, he tells Gabriela to stay calm and watch him do his thing because all he’s looking forward to is to see her defeat Sofia at the long run.
After Fernando’s conversation with Gabriela, he goes to make Sofia to understand that he has full control over her mother so whatever he says, she believes. Again, he states to her that, if she wants to see her mother getting another heart attack, then she can go ahead and declare to her that Luis is his son but she should bear in mind that, it’s her mother who will die and not his.
Gabriela pleads with Sofia to kindly stay away from Fernando because she has found true love and doesn’t want her or anyone to destroy it and ever since their father died, she has now gathered herself together to love again so, she should please stay off his man. She then asks Sofia to tell her what she wanted to say about Luis before Fernando took her to the study and there, Sofia remembered what Fernando said about her mother having a heart attack if she finds out the truth and so, she refuses to mention anything to Gabriela and tells her it’s nothing.
John quickly goes to show the will of his father to the lawyer and after reading through, he declares to him that indeed they’re the rightful owners of the properties.
Raquel rushes to Gabriela to help her out because she’ll be in big trouble if the lands are taken from her and the truth also pops up but Gabriela warns her not to push her to the wall else, she’ll also notify everyone about the baby girl she dashed her. Raquel then asks if that baby girl she was Eva’s daughter and immediately, Gabriela signs her a cheque to buy herself another land and stop bothering her with all those questions.
Peter speaks to his father Alex, to resign from the kind of business he’s into because it doesn’t speak well of him but Mr. Alex explains to him that he’s not wicked like people think he is yet, Peter assures him that if he doesn’t quit, he’s not going to take him as a father.

Gabriela then fiercely draws nearer to them and surprisingly, she smacks Fernando.
