SATURDAY UPDATE ON WHO KILLED LIBIA? - EPISODE 117 ON UTV
Sarah advises Sofia to forget John because he might be dead and gone and looking at how beautiful she is, she can’t waste her life so she should think of hooking up with Damian because he’s a lovely man and everything he does depicts his interest in her so she should put that in mind and think about it very well but she refuses to talk about any of the two men and concentrate only on her daughter.
Sarah then tells her that she knows mother Mary will work out a miracle for her daughter to be found but when she finally finds her, she must try and find herself a man to love and that person should be no other than Damian.
Damian also sits quietly thinking about Sofia and he asks himself what John could have done for Sofia to love him this much so that he can also do same to win her over and he promises never to give up till he finally succeeds.
Gabriela continue to remain in the pit screaming for help and she begins to hear the voices of Libia and Bernardo, addressing and accusing her for all her wicked deeds and she gets more terrified in there.
After John’s recovery from being caught in the trap, Laura and Sylvester informs him about a black horse being his rescue and Sylvester explains that he thinks that particular horse is also missing and can’t find its way back just like him and he gets baffled.
Fatima quickly goes to inform Sofia that her mother is nowhere to be found and she hardly leaves home during late hours like this so she came to ask if she told her where she was going and Sofia tells her she has no idea so she should go and ask her husband Fernando instead. On the other hand, Fernando lies in his bed praying very hard that Gabriela dies before anyone finds her so that he can have all the properties to himself and have Sofia bed at his feet for help.
Sofia and Fatima later budges into Fernando’s room to ask if he knows where Gabriela is but he denies and states that she might be gone for a walk or something and Sofia tells him to get out of bed and help them search for her quickly.
Fernando tries to delay on searching for Gabriela and he calls for all the workers to ask if they saw her leave the compound but they only explain that they saw her during the day time and even cautioned her to use the back door anytime she wants to go out because they’re doing some work on the compound and that was their last time of seeing her. Fernando then yells at them that they’re useless and if anything should happen to his Gabriela, they’ll lose their jobs.
Damian makes his way to the hacienda after he heard the news of Gabriela’s disappearance and upon reaching the compound on his horse, he hears a someone screaming from afar and quickly, he gets down to find out that it’s Gabriela and with the help of his horse and a rope, he manages to get her out of the pit.
Fernando now tells the guards to search the entire place for Gabriela and before they attempt stepping out, they meet Damian with Gabriela at the entrance and after he narrates to them about how he found her, Fernando sends for the doctor he bribed to come and attend to her as well.
Fernando goes to ask Damian to leave because Gabriela is now in safe hands but he refuses to go and states that he’ll only leave after speaking to Sofia but Fernando insists that he leaves and Damian asks if he’s jealous but he denies and says that what matters to him most is the wellbeing of Gabriela and nothing more. Damian also mentions to him that all that matters to him as well is for Sofia to accept him into his life but if he should try anything stupid, he’ll prove to him what he’s really capable of and Fernando giggles.
Doctor Gomez informs Sofia and Sarah that Gabriela is now doing fine and so he’ll give her something to put her to sleep so that she’ll be fit by the next day but looking at Gabriela’s condition, Sofia tells the doctor everything doesn’t seem right like he’s saying so he should give her proper treatment but he still stands by his words and tells them they can’t teach him how to do his work so what he says is final. Sofia still disagrees with the doctor and goes ahead to send for doctor Duah to rather come and treat their mother and Gomez gets disappointed in her and decides to leave for looking down on his reputation as a doctor.
Fernando meets them and asks why he’s leaving and he reports that Sofia doesn’t appreciate his efforts and wants to call in another doctor to treat her mother and Fernando irately opposes to it, stating that he’s the husband to Gabriela so whatever he chooses is final and Sofia also mentions that Gabriela is her mother and therefore, she has the right to choose what’s best for her. Fernando then gets hold of her and as he attempts to hit her, Damian interferes and stops him and Sofia goes ahead to call the doctor.
Fernando strictly warns Damian to be very careful not to meddle in his affairs again else, he’ll smell pepper and Damian throws a challenge at him to dare him and see what will happen then.
