WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY UPDATE ON GANGAA - EPISODE 538--542 ON ADOM TV

Shiv was hurt watching Ganga cry holding the Astia close to her heart. She walks to Shiv and thanks him for this respect, she would always remember this. But he must not try to fill colors in her life, he shouldn’t tie her into abond against her will. She requests him to let her go. Shiv tells her to go and do what’s more important right now. Ganga says he has proven today he is good at heart, then why is he doing this with her. Shiv tells her to go and do the rituals first.
At home, Kushal leaves as they watch Ganga making her beddings. Shiv tells Ganga to go to guest room as he has already made the arrangements for her. Ganga asks if he would enforce her to stay where she must. She joins her hands for him not to worry about her and lay there in the open yard. Shiv leaves. She feel some filling
the yard. Shiv comes to Kushal on the other side of yard and burn the coal in a pot to create more smoke. Ganga calls Dai Maa and asks her about the smoke. Shiv cleans the area and walks away. Upstairs, Kushal had understood he created all that smoke not for mosquitoes but for Ganga to move to the room. Jhumki heard this all and runs away as she watches Ganga coming upstairs. Jhumki cheers about getting a chance to do something. She comes to Ganga with water and says Shiv sent it. Ganga denies taking it. Jhumki says Shiv didn’t want her to stay in the yard, he spread the smoke there and sent her upstairs. She says Shiv has brought her home as his bride, now he would win over her within one month. Ganga forbids Jhumki to use her brains, she never wants better for Shiv. She shouldn’t push her against Shiv. Jhumki tells her to come with her near the window, downstairs Shiv was walking with the coal pot. Jhumki says Ganga is quite sensible herself and leaves her thoughtful.
Shiv lay on the floor in the room and miss Ganga on the other side. Ganga opens the door and stood there. Shiv asks what happened. Ganga asks if he really trust this marriage. She asks what he wants from her. Shiv replies he only wants to see Ganga happy and be her side always. He wants to fulfil all of her wish and need. Ganga demands him to do what he is saying. She removes her mangal sooter and says it’s her and Sagar’s mangal sooter. It holds three stones of Shiv’s name. In next seven days if he comes up to all of her given testimonies she would wear this with seven stones but if he fails, he must free her from this bond forever. Shiv holds the mangal sooter accepting the challenge.
The next morning, Shiv was praying in the yard. Ganga takes Sagar’s photo from her suitcase and speaks to it, Ganga belongs to Sagar and no one can snatch her right of being his widow. She takes a white saree and considers it a reality of her life. Shiv prays for the strength to fulfil promise with Sagar. He would fill Ganga’s life with love, colors and happiness. There, Ganga says she would fight the one who tries to fill her life with colors. Today begins the fight between her and Shiv and until she wins, her tears, her pain and this white saree is his.
Everyone in the hall hear Ganga selling her sarees on a stall calling about a sale. Shiv also comes out and was shocked to see Ganga calling customers. Jhumki enjoys the new drama. Savitri curtly says Ganga is wearing such modern saree in this village. Ganga comes to correct Savitri its not wrong to be modern, she always wear such clothed; they put her in their colors only because she didn’t remember anything. She welcomes the ladies as her customers. The ladies gossip that wife of MathaDesh is selling sarees, she doesn’t care about Shiv’s respect. Riya comes to question Ganga what she is doing. Ganga says she thought a lot and decided to stay simple from now, what she would do with all this jewelry. Savitri comes to shout at Ganga, Ganga clarifies Panchait only ordered her to stay at their house. Ganga comes to tell Shiv she has a self-respect, she can’t take something from anyone and has to earn for herself. Savitri instigates Shiv asking if they can’t provide her food from their house. Ganga says she isn’t related to them, how she should eat at their house. Shiv stops Savitri. Ganga questions if Shiv’s family is disgraced this way, he should shout at her and show her anger. She remembers he had promised to protect her respect. She tells him to break his promise if he is really angry.


 

Ganga walks towards her stall where women had gathered. Shiv comes to Ganga and says she can do this inside the house as well. Ganga says she would get better business inside, doesn’t he feel shy and smiles. Jhumki comes to ask Ganga about a discount. Ganga teases if she would want to give away alms, she would give it to Jhumki for free and smiles as Jhumki curtly leaves.

Kushal comes inside to Shiv and complains about Ganga. Shiv makes Kushal sit beside him and tells him not to worry. He wonders why Shiv isn’t angry about it, how can he be so calm. Shiv says no one can reach the solution when angry. He thinks for a while and asks for Kushal’s help, then shares an idea with Kushal. Kushal appreciates Shiv’s idea.

Shiv walks outside to see hot business on Ganga’s stall. He makes way
for himself and appreciates Ganga for such a business initiative. The things that aren’t being used are better sold, he only wish she can do this work inside the house. He speaks to the customers to go to the yard, he will arrange for all their comforts inside. Ganga wasn’t ready to go inside, but customers give consent about inside. Kushal and Shiv take everyone inside. A lady appreciates Shiv’s steps to prevent them from scorching heat. Shiv tells Ganga a good businessman always look for comfort of their clients. They hold the stall inside. Ganga was left confused.

Ganga comes inside where Shiv was entertaining the customers. He comes to Ganga and says it’s his duty to see no one points a finger towards him, he will fulfil it anyway and calls her inside. Jhumki comes to Ganga and warns Shiv would now be angry at her, she tells Ganga to inform her if she needs some help. Ganga says she doesn’t want any bad for Shiv, she only wants Shiv to begin hating her.

Poorab tells Savitri to shoot him and herself. He questions why Savitri stopped Ganga into her home. Savitri was worried they must have to leave the village otherwise. She assures Poorab to take him back home, he should only make place in Shiv’s heart for himself. She cheerfully tells Poorab that Ganga is after getting Shiv disgrace.

Shiv speaks to Parvati’s photo and wonders how he can break the promise he gave to Sagar. A flower fell off Parvati’s photo. Ganga comes to Shiv and hands her earning to him. Panchait told her to stay in his house for a month, she won’t stay here for free. She would get him more money till evening today. Shiv says if Ganga has to work she can do it in Math, it would be his help as well and he would give her as much salary as she wants. Ganga says she never wished someone to be her support, she can stand on her own feet. Shiv thinks it’s necessary for him to stay with Ganga right now.

Ganga walks to a jeweler in the market and asks him for work. The jeweler says he doesn’t need someone for help. Shiv arrives at the market in his jeep and watches Ganga looking for work. She was standing with an old man for help and ready to take any money he offered. The old man watched Shiv standing behind her and promises to get her any work if needed in future. Ganga turns to see Shiv and says she now understands it’s because of him she doesn’t get work. Everyone is afraid he would be angry if they give her some work. She tells him to clarify to anyone he won’t be angry if they give her some work. Shiv asks if she wants a reference, and was ready to help her with any shop. Ganga turns to leave enraged. Shiv requests her to sit in the car, finding work by foot would take much time, she has to make payment to him as well. He stops Ganga and tells her to cover her head in such scorching heat. Ganga initially covers her head, thinking it would be a favor to Shiv she removes it. Shiv brings water to her, she empties the water bottle and move on. Shiv feels helpless as she was really stubborn.

Ganga comes to sight and asks for help in construction work. The manager says its government work on daily wage. Shiv had reached the site. Ganga goes to help with the work. The manager comes asking what she is doing. Ganga requests him to let her work. She comes to Shiv boasting she got work for herself. The workers there wonder what’s the need for MathaDesh wife to work on sites. Ganga thinks Shiv must be angry at her now and his promise would break. Shiv watches Ganga’s pally stuck with the wires, it unwinds around her after being stuck with the wire. Shiv comes to hug Ganga. She tries to withdraw herself but he covers her cautiously, saving her grace. Ganga looks around watching everyone stare at them. He tells her to go.

PRECAP: Shiv tells Ganga to get ready like this family’s daughter in law and veil herself if she wish to go to fair. Ganga arrives at the fair in veil but removes it at once saying there is so much heat around.

Ganga and Shiv return home. Dai Maa asks how her saree was torn and takes her to wash her hands. Kushal comes to inform Shiv that tomorrow in a fair he is going to get an award, he had brought the sweet along him. Kushal says there is a problem, he must go there with his wife. Shiv denies going to the award. Kushal says this might seem as a disrespect to the ones who invited him. Shiv says he doesn’t care and leaves. Jhumki comes there and makes Dai Maa leave. She tells Ganga she won’t get another chance, she should go with Shiv. She can ruin Shiv’s respect there.
Kushal informs on call about the award. Riya makes arrangement of food in the Math. Jhumki comes to ask Kushal about some work. Shiv comes outside. Jhumki reminds Ganga what she had advised her. Shiv watches Ganga stand thoughtful. Kushal
tells Shiv about Radhika’s call who wanted to speak to him.
Jhumki comes to meet Pratab and cries in front of him. She says she urged Ganga to go against Shiv but she won’t go against him. She had brought food for Pratab and leaves.
Ganga comes to the room and asks to go to the function with him, she won’t like if someone has to apologize because of her. Shiv says she must get ready like the daughter in law of this family and veil her head if she wants to go, she must also behave like his wife; does she accept it. Ganga nods. Shiv tells her to wake up early from tomorrow, she might get considerable fees if she teaches some kids in the Math. Ganga comes out happy. Ganga watches her own self telling her if she fells soft for Shiv she would never win over him. Ganga decides she has to stay to her decision.
Shiv gets a call from Radhika and tells her to come here soon, he assures Radhika that Ganga takes care of him and the family. Ganga stood behind and hears this, she thinks Shiv can’t win over him at any cost. Everyone was waiting for Shiv and asks about Ganga. Ganga the event and stand beside Shiv. She removes her veil and says it suffocates her. She goes looking for a fan and goes to remove veils off other ladies as well. People there gossip about her. Ganga says everyone has a right over cold wind, she has only been helping these women. Shiv walks towards Ganga and removes his waist coat saying its really hot today. Ganga was shocked to watch this. Ganga thinks if Shiv wants her to fell weak in front of him, this won’t happen. She goes to stand beside Shiv. Shiv asks why she is standing right behind him, Ganga reminds he told her to stay besides him. Shiv comes to an aunt and tells her how to make Karela vegetable. The lady takes Ganga to explain the recipe. Ganga was forced to sit beside her. Shiv smiles watching Ganga there. Ganga stands up and tells the ladies to think further from cooking, they have only hidden themselves behind veils. The men there insults women and says women never know what’s good for society. Shiv replies if a woman is unaware of society’s well-being, they can never know about it.
He comes to stage and appreciates Ganga’s efforts and care about others. Everyone clap for Ganga. Kushal comes with the chief guest. Ganga sat upset while Mukhya gives an award to Shiv. Mukhya calls Ganga up on stage, it’s her husband’s ceremony. Ganga thinks this is the right chance to disrespect Shiv and live the life of her wish. Ganga walks up the stage and asks if Ganga wants to say something about her husband’s success.

PRECAP: Ganga denies shutting the loud music at mid night. Police come to arrest Shiv and Ganga. In the jail, Ganga was offered either to stay with Shiv in a cell or with goons. She choses the lock up of goons, the goons teases her at night .

Ganga comes to the loud speaker and says good words about him. Savitri was curt and asks Jhumki if she couldn’t instigate Ganga against Shiv. Ganga slips while coming down the stairs with Shiv, he holds her but she jerks his hand away and walks outside. Jhumki stops her and asks Ganga if she doesn’t want to live as Sagar’s wife, why is she living with Shiv as his wife then. Ganga decides she can’t let Shiv win this fight.

At night, Savitri rolled on her chair recalling Shiv and Pratab’s confrontation, and Ganga’s words about Shiv. Jhumki brings milk for her which she throws away furiously. She announces Ganga should leave this house as soon as possible. She tells Jhumki to do what she has asked her to. Jhumki leaves.

In the room, Ganga was worried that she can never be Shiv’s
side. Jhumki watches Ganga then goes outside to throw a stone over the hive on tree. The honey bee fly to Ganga’s room. Jhumki comes to save Ganga and shuts the door of the room, in the corridor Jhumki says this must have been done by Shiv as he wants her to return to his room. Ganga says Shiv would never do so. Jhumki says Shiv has been attempting to remove the differences between her and his relation. Jhumki goes to sleep. Ganga thinks if Jhumki was right and goes to Shiv’s room. Savitri smirks.

Ganga calls the police station and files a complaint from MathaDesh saying Shiv is playing loud music in the Math. It’s the same Mathadesh who got him suspended through DSP. Ganga plays loud music in the Math. The people around wake up and gather complaining. Shiv and others also come asking who is playing such music. Savitri wonders why Ganga didn’t wake up. Jhumki says Ganga isn’t in the room. Riya notices this music is being played in Math. Kushal and Shiv go towards the Math. Savitri thinks this is what she wanted. Ganga was trying to get out of the room when Shiv comes in. Ganga wasn’t ready to turn the music off. She watches Kushal and the police there. The inspector tells Shiv he must come to police station with him. Kushal explains that it was Ganga but Shiv stops him. The inspector forces Shiv to come along him to jail. Shiv asks if Ganga is happy now. Ganga thinks Shiv would now leave her for sure. Ganga was hand cuffed with Shiv and taken to jail.

In the lock up, the inspector says she must either stay with Shiv or with the goons in the other cell. Ganga selects the opposite cell and goes to sit there. The goons inside tease Ganga. Ganga calls the inspector and asks to go to Shiv’s cell. Inside the cell, Ganga shouts at the inspector to clean the lock up, it’s so filthy and smelly. The inspector tells Ganga the people here aren’t worth taken care off. Ganga regrets planning this trap for Shiv, but she can only trust Shiv in this place. She spots a rat coming towards her and runs up on the bench, hiding behind Shiv. She realizes she had held Shiv closely and gets away. Shiv tells her to come up on the bench but she sits beside a wall. She then goes to ask the inspector she wants to go to washroom. The inspector says she must go outside, the washroom is out of order. The constable says she must take Shiv along, as lady constable isn’t here. Ganga wasn’t ready to take any favors from Shiv anymore.

PRECAP: Shiv drives rashly out of anger. Ganga says if he is so enraged he must leave her. Shiv replies he can’t do so because…. He stops.
